'show me you grew up in the 2000's is a collection curated to bring peoples own personal perception of their childhood to forefront. the idea that everyone experiences nostalgia differently is a fascinating concept to explore. each person included in the collection was asked to pick one image from their collection (eg family photo albums etc) that, to them, completely represented their childhood as a whole. using this technique brought together a note of second hand nostalgia in itself, another perspective of the museum that is inviting.
